City Vision KCK

Located just a few blocks west of the University of Kansas Medical Center on 39th street is the eclectic Rainbow Park neighborhood. Once an historic African American community, Rainbow Park is now becoming a diverse mix of longtime residents, ethnically mixed new families, young professionals, and artists. Over the past several years many new homes featuring both contemporary and traditional architecture, have been developed by City Vision and others. Many existing homes are undergoing significant renovation. Currently a small group of contemporary single-family homes with loft-style interiors are being developed for sale in the neighborhood.
